That table is not very well laid out. I think it would be better if all customer comments were in one line with one colour background and then any merchant comments underneath with a different colour background.

looks like the Feefo website is down as well:

An exception has occurred on feefo. Our technical team have been informed, hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly
