Default About to investigate this system

Ok having been given some details by our Mr Gabe about these guys i have decided to take a good look. http://www.interprise.co.uk/

After a very long phone call they sent me plenty of details and access to a free version for single users.

They have a large amount of help and video files to help but trust me you need to know what your doing when setting this sort of thing up and getting.

Why this software, well for those have experienced many inhouse systems and have worked in the MOTO world you need a pretty robust easy to use system, these systems dont come cheap and you could well find yourself forking out a 100k for some.

I dont know if this system will suit me until i have had a proper play and broken it more than once i dont doubt.

But for those of you using interspire (no connection i add) there is something in the pipe line to aid intergration with it, remember you heard it here 1st

they already have instructions to sync with magento and basically you can sync with pretty much any cart if you know what your doing, using transaction broker.

It does not have a sage sync but then it has its own accounting system built in.

Well i have some work to do with alot of testing, but thought it valuable to list it here. The forum could do with a section on back office / inhouse systems so if you have others then do let me know

Cheers
Darren

FYI ladies and gents, i'm doing and integration with this software for a client.

The ecommerce component uses a version of
http://www.aspdotnetstorefront.com/

its not the version that you get from this site, but the template system is VERY similar.

If you have any experience in this system (and i have now, lots of experience) you'll be able to design templates in a snap. I think this software overall is a winner, the awesome accounts backend combined with the power of this awesome ecommerce front-end is spectacular.

Watch this space.

Apparently just read the word on the street is that there's something up with interprise.
They're not very active in the marketing department and it's not very stable.

What's your take on this Guys?

...and truth be told, their software has a completely crap import system.

your inventory will take ages to manually type in. you have been warned.
