Problem with SSL certificate

    hi, i am having feedback from some customers that they are seeing an invalid certificate message / not secure site, when browsing to our web address.

    We renewed our SSL certificate with bigcomerce / geotrust quick ssl at end of January.

    I asked bigcommerce to take a look and they said all is fine.
    However orders have dropped off a lot in the last month.

    IF anyone has as a spare minute to take a look at my site and let me know if they see a certificate error i would be most grateful.

    Hi Wes,

    I tried twice, once on Firefox and then on Safari, and got all the way to SagePay without seeing any certificate issues. So it all looks fine from here except I am very hungry now! :)

    Can't check in IE because I am a Mac user

    hi many thanks, looks like the new certificate no longer supports mobile platforms. Not made clear when we renewed through bigcommerce.

    Have to upgrade again

    According to the Geotrust website QuickSSL is compatible with mobile devices?

    Oh I see, it looks as though BC uses a standard quick SSL which I can't even see on Geotrust as they start with premium quick SSL

    Why BC can't sell the premium as default is beyond me. Oh no it isn't its so they can make more money :D
