Who the Best broadband Provider

    Hi
    We are about to open a second shop and looking for a new broadband provider, as I don't like then one we are with.

    At the shop 1 we have 10meg BB @ 24.99 per month with global 4 Telecom. We use global 4 for our phone lines and call and they have great service and cheap calls and line rental but there BB it not that good.

    I have been looking at Opal Business Broadband 24Mbp.

    Just after some info what BB people use and if anyone had or using Opal Business Broadband 24Mbp

    I use Zen and always have. Can't fault their service and I've had 2 minor niggles in the last 5 years that were sorted out within an hour or two (apart from when BT "did some work in the exchange" and took all the local lines out!)

    I've used eclipse internet in the past and had no problems with them.

    Had no problems at all with two BT Business Broadband accounts - customer service is much better than with the domestic variety.

    Using BT Business - excellent service - resolved problems at one site that both Gradwell and TalkTalk were unable to resolve - all on the first day of installing the new broadband (had been on going for three years!). Other site also had problems prior to BT, again resolved within 24 hours.

    They may be more expensive, but in our opinion and experience you get what you pay for.

    I think I might give Zen a go, as you only have to sign up for a month and it looks good.
