(the spaces at the beginning come from Act*n*c, as the only way we could get rid of the company name at the beginning, short of using a custom variable, was to put a space in Business Settings).
If you Google the page title, the product doesn't appear at all in the SERPs, even though only about 3 companies sell it, but it does appear (at #1) if you just Google "wedo door chock".
Is this weird or have I missed something?
When I google "Blomus Wedo door chock - stainless and rubber" I get you at number 1. When I google " Blomus Wedo door chock - stainless and rubber" I still get you at number one. I must admit 'chock' is a new one for me though.
The only thing I find worrying is that I don't find any listing of this product on Google Shopping from your company - why don't you use this sales avenue?
The #12 (#11?) you mention is the main section page that has the product thumbnail on it, the product page itself still doesn't appear. The link to the .com version just resolves to the UK version on my PC:(
Thanks for the tip on the title, we'll try that.
We're with 1&1. The party line on the other forum has been for some time that it doesn't matter if you're with 1&1 as long as you're using a .co.uk, but that you might have problems if you're using a .com. Makes you wonder though......
It could have been pure chance that you looked when Googles datacentres where having a re shuffle. But keep an eye on it. If your using Firefox then this plugin will help you.
