Google Analytics

    So, obviously I use Google Analytics but I know for a fact I don't make anywhere near enough use of it in terms of understanding the data, reporting etc etc. Perhaps we need a forum where people can share hints and tips on making the most out of Analytics?

    Agreed - IMO analytics is vital to any online business so making the most of its data is the key

    Could be - most of what we talk about is site building and SEO ie getting customers to the site we dont tlak much about what they do there and how to push that back into the site design.

    YES - all the stuff the other forum never got round to discussing because they were all trying to get the software to work.

    People on here are starting to use different software so this is a subject that will apply to all sites regardless of what platform they are built on.

    My clients who have moved to Interspire now have time on thier hands which they are using to better understand thier customers - they are not fighting with the software but working with it to better improve thier sites
