Noticed this chat software on another site, and it looks very interesting

It looks like the familiar Facebook chat (lets hope it works better than that), and sit very nicely at the bottom of the site it was installed on.

They're marketing if for ecommerce sites, and offer things like multi users, live user stats, history, SSL security, canned responses, links up to other IM clients which also means you can use it on your phone on the go, and you can push surveys and question too.

It still says still in Beta so there is hopefully more things in the pipe work.
