Ok after a little discussion it would seem we need some user ratings

Now this forum has more than one labelling system but it is controlled mainly by post count.

so we are after some titles for both

the 1st one is the title that appears directly under your username

New Member , Member e.t.c so some names for these and recommended post counts

The 2nd one is for the Name under this, this i personally hope to be commical of some description.
