Good move Gabe - I had noticed them as well.

  • If spam is posted do you want it reported or are you on top of it and if so how can it be reported?
I noticed a couple of spam post a few days ago which I think have been deleted since.

Ive been reporting it using the report post icon - top right

  • I looked around but didn't spot that icon.
    Thanks.

i'm usually on top of it.

i do need someone to flag them however, since i get alerts about that kind of thing on the move so, i can be on top of it as soon as possible.

my only issue is that links to undesirable locations are posted and i dont get here fast enough, it lowers the tone.

but other than that, thanks malc, great job!

I would not worry too much as all forums get a bit of spam so most people are used to it

The Actinic forum has an add on installed that automatically moderates any post that includes a link until the poster has posted x times on the forum (ie: managed to post x times and not have them removed). I wonder if you could install something like that.
