Is there ANY ecommerce software out there that brings in seller central orders into the main workflow?
I have found loads of half assed attempts at this sort of integration, but is there something that simply displays amazon orders in the same list as my shop orders? |

I've been looking into this sort of thing. linnworks looks very good. It acts as the central system for orders, uses the Amazon SOAP integration and can be configured to collect orders from your website (you can actually set-up the SQL for this). However, whether this applies to order database that isn't on the web (ie. Actinic), I'm not sure.
Jan's 1stoporders comes quite close, but hasn't gone for SOAP integation, so its more fiddly. |

Pat's product might be of interest, it allows you to process orders from lots of different selling channels in one place.
http://www.1stoporders.co.uk/ It currently works with Ebay, Amazon SellerCentral, Amazon Marketplace (Pro Merchant), RomanCart, osCommerce, Actinic, CubeCart, CRE Loaded, eBid, PlayTrade, xcart and Interspire. Pat is working on a supplier module ATM and also integrating more closely with Amazon. You decide how to organise the stores, so for example you could have all of your orders in one site, you could have a site for each site or you could group some sites together and keep some sites separately. The order origin is shown in the order details so you can track where the orders came from. If you use my One Stop Order Processing for Actinic product, the licenses will also work in this product, so in effect you can use it for free. So is Pat planning to go the SOAP route?
Another downside of linnworks: I was concerned about the lack of contact details and the poor English that is peppered all over their website |

He is working directly with Amazon on the integration side of things, it will be a nice smooth integration when it's available.

What about centralised stock control? And Amazon stock updates?

Those features are already available in the product I believe - centralised stock control is only for those products whose sales are included in the system so if for example you also sell through an ePos system then those figures would not be counted.
It's good for handling large order volumes as well, we have Actinic Enterprise customers using it. |

Still digging around in this area, I came across TradeBox http://www.tradebox.uk.com/
According to their blurb: Tradebox, provide a middleware solution that allows you to create connections to your online sales channels and download orders into any of the Sage sme accounts products I also noticed that eBay integration is proposed for ISC v6.0 (but not Amazon). |
